Refund Policy

At Mood Fashion School, we strive to provide high-quality education and a fulfilling learning experience. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to cancel your enrollment. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

 

1. Course Cancellation by Mood Fashion School

  • Insufficient Enrollment: If a course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified at least 5 days before the course start date, and a full refund will be issued.

  • Other Reasons: If we cancel a course for any other reason, you will receive a full refund or have the option to transfer to another course of equal value.

 

2. Student-Initiated Cancellation

  • Cancellation Before Course Start Date: If you cancel your enrollment at least 14 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of $50.

  • Cancellation Within 14 Days of Course Start Date: If you cancel your enrollment within 14 days of the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.

  • Cancellation After Course Start Date: No refunds will be issued if you cancel your enrollment on or after the course start date.

 

3. Withdrawal from Ongoing Courses

  • Withdrawal After First Week: No refunds will be issued if you withdraw from a course after the first week.

 

4. Workshops

  • Access to Course Material: Once you have accessed any course material, no refunds will be issued.

 

5. Special Circumstances

  • Medical or Personal Emergencies: In cases of medical or personal emergencies, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards a future course. Documentation may be required, and decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

  • Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies), we reserve the right to offer a partial refund, credit, or reschedule courses.

 

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@moodfashionschool.com with your name, course title, and reason for cancellation.

  2. Provide any necessary documentation to support your request (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.


 

7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

8. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Processing fees and administrative fees are non-refundable.

  • Any materials or supplies purchased separately are not eligible for a refund.
